Leann Emery is the founder of Cutting Edge Softball. She pitched for the San Jose State NCAA Top 20 ranked softball team from 1987 - 1991. As a Pitching Coach, Leann has developed several athletes who received Division I athletic scholarships to universities such as Stanford University, Michigan State, Texas A&M, Santa Clara University, and Ball State. |

Founder of San Jose Sizzle "A" girls fast pitch travel team, Steve Hill has been coaching girl's softball for the past eight years. Steve started the Sizzle with girls from local recreation leagues, and in in 2003 he led his team to an impressive 7th place finish at the 16 & Under ASA National tournament. His experience and ability to develop athletes is held in high regard in the softball community. |

As a collegiate player Kristen Bayless was part of the program that put Cal Berkeley on the softball map and in the NCAA Top 5. Kristen played catcher and second base in high school (Archbishop Mitty), and with her speed on the field, re-invented herself as an outfielder at Cal. Kristen's patience and focus with students helps them enjoy the game and bring their best to the field. |

Leslie Mayhorn spent four stelllar years playing softball at Oak Grove High School, where she was 1st Team All League all 4 years and Female Athlete of the year in 2005. Leslie received an athletic scholarship to California State University, Sacramento, where she received All-Conference honors in 2003, 04 and 05, and served as Team Captain in 2004 and 2005. |
