Catching / Hitting / Defense Instructor

  Zylee previously worked for Cutting Edge from 2016 to 2020. She graduated from Branham High School where she earned the Bruin award, and First Team All-League in 2018. She then went on to continue her softball and academic career at San Jose City College. During her time at San Jose City, Zylee was a team captain all three years and earned Academic All-State Team as well as Second team All Conference. For the Jaguars, Zylee was a utility
player. She played outfield and infield where she was needed for her team and kept a batting average over .400 and on base percentage over .500 all three years. Zylee then graduated from
San Jose City College in 2020 and continued her education at Chico State University where she majored in Kinesiology with a focus on Physical Education, Teaching Education.

 

She recently graduated from Chico State in December 2022 and is excited to be back coaching as she works towards her credential!

 

  Coach Zylee works with our students on their catching skills, hitting, and defense skills. Coach Zylee also helps with our pre-season clinics and summer camp. Our students love working with her!
